Program Description

Premier Internal Medicine offers SMS text messaging services to provide appointment reminders, health tips, practice updates, and other relevant information to our patients. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Premier Internal Medicine at the mobile number provided.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Premier Internal Medicine. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

You may opt-in by texting a keyword to our designated number, completing a form on our website, or providing written consent at our office.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and practice communications. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent during periods of high activity or urgent practice updates.
